- Join a longstanding pediatric practice in Yavapai County alongside 2 pediatric MDs, 2 pediatric NPs, 1 behavioral health MD/PhD, and 1 behavioral health APP - Serve patients from birth to age 21 across a geographically dispersed area with a balanced mix of private and Medicaid payers - Outpatient volume: 22-24 patients per day;
Inpatient service: 10-bed unit with an average census of 2.1 patients - Inpatient call is shared through a community-based peds call group (1 in
5), covering no-doc admissions and ED consults; no newborn nursery required - 40-hour work week in outpatient setting; flexible scheduling available, including 4x10s; clinic starts late on call days - Procedures include: circumcision (preferred but not required), laceration repair, suture/staple removal, I&D, wart removal, splinting; OMT optional - Call coverage: 1 in 5 for inpatient and ED consults via community call group;
