Used Vehicle Recon Technician

Findlay is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in Southwest U.S. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician (Recon Tech) to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our pre-owned vehicles meet dealership quality standards before they are offered for sale. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of quality and efficiency in vehicle reconditioning.

• Perform mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related reconditioning on used vehicles
• Complete multipoint inspections and document findings accurately
• Diagnose and repair common issues such as brakes, tires, suspension, batteries, lights, and minor engine concerns
• Coordinate with service advisors, used car managers, and detail teams to meet recon deadlines
• Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.

• Basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record
• Valid Arizona driver license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
