Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, on‑site Accounting Assistant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott, Arizona.
Accountant Assistant Responsibilities- Verify, allocate, and post accounts payable
- Maintain daily financial records
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes

Requirements- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience
- Degree in accounting or finance is a plus
- The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts
- A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast‑paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP, functions and pivot tables preferred
- A strong attention to detail – with double checking and follow through as a standard
- Ability to work overtime as needed
