This role will remain open until filled. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills, education, experience and other relevant factors.

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register and provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and proactive service.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain inventory records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement per policies.
• Use first‑in, first‑out for consumable items and restock outs.
• Have working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo, poster print, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver orders to customers).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to maintain a clean and orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs as requested by manager or corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Preferably six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Preferably prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Preferably fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

$15.15 - $17.50 per hour (actual compensation depends on geography, skills, experience, etc.).
