Profile Review + Manager Interview Important Requirements Must pass Dysrhythmia Exam (80% required; 2 attempts max) before signing contract Failure = DNU for 6 months (CS AZ & Sacramento region) 50-mile radius rule Cannot have worked (FT/PT/PRN) within the past year for:

Total hip/knee replacements Small bowel resection Hysterectomy Exploratory lap Medical: MRSA, C-diff Suicide attempt Drug/alcohol withdrawal COPD, Pneumonia, COVID Chest pain (telemetry) Drips No titratable drips Support Charge RN oversees 50 inpatient beds (MST, PEDS, Acuity Adaptable MCU) NAs ratio: 10–15 patients If no NA → RN takes 3 patients (primary care model) Remote Monitor Techs available (RNs read strips) RT support for stable CPAP/BiPAP Floating Multi Care Unit Pediatric Unit (adult MST patients) West Campus Med Surg Tele Dress Code Any scrub color except camouflage
