Social Media Manager

Hickey Marketing Group is seeking a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence for our agency and clients across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical thinking and paid social experience.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Create, schedule, and manage optimized content across all major social platforms
• Manage content calendars and campaign timelines
• Boost posts to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Analyze performance metrics and provide clear reporting and insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing content strategies and creating optimized social media content
• Experience with Social Media Optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and graphic design skills
• Strong strategy development and analytics reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and Tik Tok Ads, is a plus.
• Content creation experience with reels or short-form video is a plus

• Salary range: $45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
