Overview
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
This position offers relocation assistance. We are seeking a passionate and expert Lymphedema Therapist to make a difference in our outpatient wound care and vein clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop specialized care plans from physician referrals, and consult across disciplines to ensure integrated therapeutic programs and seamless discharge. You will empower patients and caregivers with home exercise instruction and manage their journey with high-quality service to restore comfort and independence.
- Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level.
- Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.
- Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.
- Performs generalized lymphedema evaluation and treatment primarily for both upper and lower extremities.
- Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management.
- Reviews and interprets all pertinent data (medical, psychosocial, historical, cultural) related to the condition(s) during evaluation, treatment, reassessment and discharge planning.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting
- Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona - OT:
AZ - Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LTC) — within 6 months; or we will consider a Licensed OT who will pursue LTC certification within 6 months of hire

- Computer skills
- 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
- Experienced use of electronic health record

Pay Range: $39.18 - $58.28 per hour
