** Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant**, (COTA), you will help patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. Working under the guidance of a Registered OT, you’ll deliver personalized care plans, teach essential skills, and provide hands-on support, all while building meaningful connections with patients and families in their homes.

*** Key Responsibilities
**** Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and home environments
* Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
* Teach and retrain patients in essential daily living activities
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress
* Collaborate with care teams and participate in case conferences
* Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety
*** Requirements
* *** Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT Assistant program
* Eligible for or certified by NBCOT
* Licensed as required by state regulations
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
