Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. • Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections.
• Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

$14 - $15 hourly
