The line operator is responsible for working on production of goods and providing manufacturing support for finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, frequently repeated motions, and lifting.
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lift, load/unload, stack, check, label goods in production line
- Efficiently operating all equipment on the line
- Troubleshooting assigned equipment as necessary
- Assisting team members on the line
- Coordinating usage of materials, packaging, etc.
- Performance detailed manual cycle counts; maintain
- Adherence to safety guidelines and practices
- Regularly maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Completing necessary paperwork
- Additional duties as assigned
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Previous experience helpful
- HS Diploma or GED Preferred
- Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time
- Must be able to work in different positions for a long period of time - stand, sit, bend, and kneel
- Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment - pallet jack, stretch wrapper
- Comfortable working independently
