As a Sales & Service Support Coordinator
, you will manage incoming quote inquiries and appointment requests for tire repair and automotive services. You will provide prompt, accurate pricing information and schedule service appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Respond to phone, email, and online quote requests
  • Provide accurate pricing for tire repairs, replacements, and related services
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
  • Follow up on pending quotes to convert inquiries into booked jobs
  • Maintain customer records in scheduling/CRM systems
  • Coordinate daily schedule with technicians
  • Handle customer questions regarding services, warranties, and timelines
What You’ll Bring With You
  • 3+ year experience working with customers, ideally in a call center setting with experience in scheduling appointments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication (phone & email)
  • Experience in quoting and deliver sales estimates
  • Prior experience working with CRM / scheduling software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dive into issues without hesitation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work wilt multiple store managers in your assigned area(s) while being able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
