As a Sales & Service Support Coordinator
, you will manage incoming quote inquiries and appointment requests for tire repair and automotive services. You will provide prompt, accurate pricing information and schedule service appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to phone, email, and online quote requests
- Provide accurate pricing for tire repairs, replacements, and related services
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Follow up on pending quotes to convert inquiries into booked jobs
- Maintain customer records in scheduling/CRM systems
- Coordinate daily schedule with technicians
- Handle customer questions regarding services, warranties, and timelines
- 3+ year experience working with customers, ideally in a call center setting with experience in scheduling appointments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication (phone & email)
- Experience in quoting and deliver sales estimates
- Prior experience working with CRM / scheduling software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dive into issues without hesitation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work wilt multiple store managers in your assigned area(s) while being able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
