Long-Lewis of Prattville is looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to become the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled service technicians.

As a Quick Lane Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience—from intake to delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing honest, helpful guidance to customers, we’d love to meet you.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing service needs
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations between technicians and customers
• Prepare accurate repair orders and review service details, costs, and timelines
• Keep customers updated on service status and changes throughout the process
• Promote and explain recommended maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient, on-time service delivery
• Maintain detailed records, follow-up systems, and service documentation
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary training in automotive or related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a dealership or high-volume service environment
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a team-driven environment
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
