Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas.

• $410,000 1099
• 10 weeks off
• CRNA-only facility; full autonomy with opportunity to develop skills
• Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily
• Call is beeper from home; 1:6 with post‑call day off
• Case mix includes Orthopedic, Endocrine, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology

• Board certified in anesthesia
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license in the state of residency
