Description Are you pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Ag Business, or a related field? Looking to gain real-world experience in feed manufacturing, customer service, and agricultural sales?

Our Feed Mill Internship is a paid, hands‑on learning opportunity designed to give college students practical exposure to feed mill operations while introducing the sales and customer‑facing side of an agricultural cooperative. This internship is structured to provide meaningful experience, mentorship, and career readiness within a professional ag environment.

Requirements Feed Mill Operations
  • Assist with feed production, mixing, and packaging under supervision
  • Sack feed and help load/unload grain and feed trucks
  • Support inventory counts, record‑keeping, and documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and facility
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Customer & Sales Exposure
  • Learn to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Shadow sales staff during farm calls, customer visits, and meetings
  • Assist with preparing sales materials and customer follow‑ups
  • Learn how feed products are recommended based on customer needs
  • Support walk‑in customers and answer incoming calls as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in Agriculture, Animal Science, Ag Business, or related program
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule, including overtime as needed
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
