• Serve your community and help clients with Shelter Insurance products.

• Develop prospects, sell Shelter products, and, as appropriate, bring on staff to assist with administrative duties and sales.

• A motivated attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere.
• Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required.
• No initial capital/assets are required to be considered for an agency.
• Willingness to participate in in-house and virtual training, and continuing industry education courses.
