Crossing Rivers Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian who serves as a clinical nutrition expert, applying medical nutrition therapy to assess nutritional needs, counsel individuals across the care continuum (inpatients, outpatients, community members, and staff), and promote lasting health improvements. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, managing menus, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and delivering nutritional counseling that supports optimal health outcomes.
The Registered Dietitian will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team and adhere to all applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
The candidate will have the opportunity to expand their role by participating in the organization s Diabetic Education Program. Diabetic Educator Certification (CDE or equivalent) is preferred, but not required.

- Serve as a clinical nutrition expert, applying medical nutrition therapy to assess nutritional needs, counsel individuals across the care continuum (inpatients, outpatients, community members, and staff), and promote lasting health improvements.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, manage menus, ensure food safety and sanitation, and deliver nutritional counseling that supports optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team and adhere to applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor s Degree Required, Field of Study:
Nutrition and Dietetics. - Master s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field, and experience in clinical practice preferred.
- Program management experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- EPIC system experience preferred
- Meet the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) standards for qualifications as a Registered Dietitian and be certified to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
- Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) preferred.
