Reputable Renovations Ltd delivers high-quality residential refurbishment projects across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. .

Our core projects include full bathroom and kitchen installations, alongside larger full-property refurbishments. We focus on structured, well-managed work — not reactive maintenance.

We have recently achieved Construction line Bronze accreditation and are continuing to expand both our residential and light commercial pipeline.

Due to continued growth, we are strengthening our core team.

The Opportunity

We are offering a structured 8–12 week self-employed trial, with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

For exceptional candidates currently in employment, we are open to discussing a direct employed start.

As the business grows into larger refurbishment and commercial projects, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and further development over time.

The Role

You will work across residential refurbishment projects including:

* Full bathroom installations (rip-out to final fix)

* Kitchen installations (units, worktops and associated works)

* Plumbing alterations (excluding gas)

* Wall and floor tiling

* Studwork, boarding and boxing-in

* Door hanging, skirting and general joinery

* Patch plastering and finishing works

* General refurb tasks within occupied and unoccupied homes

Gas and electrical works are always undertaken by qualified specialists. There is no expectation for you to carry out these elements.

You will typically manage projects independently on site. Labour support will be provided where required, but you should be comfortable working alone.

Experience in both bathrooms and kitchens is ideal, but strength in one area with solid multi-trade capability will be considered.

* Confident installing bathrooms and/or kitchens

* High standard of finish and attention to detail

* Ability to manage workflow independently

* Professional and reliable approach

* Full UK driving licence

Pay Structure

Trial (Self-Employed)

£220 – £250 per day depending on experience and quality

Employed Position (Post-Trial or Immediate for the Right Candidate)

£40,000 to £45,000
