Cable Technician ; Onsite: Powell, WY

The Cable Technician I under direct supervision, performs basic operations to test and repair downhole cable for submersible pumps and motor equipment.

• Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pm | Weekends/nights as needed.

• Receives cable and carries out basic tests.
• Perform basic repairs and learn how to splice cable.
• Complete paperwork to send cable to inventory or the field.
• Learn all relevant company HSE policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the application of HSE policies and procedures into daily duties.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Consistently maintains perfect attendance and on-time arrival for all shifts.
• Quick to learn new skills and effectively apply professional feedback.
• Brings high energy and a strong work ethic to fast-paced environments.
• Machinery/tools used:
  Forklift, hand tools.
