—a unique opportunity to gain experience at multiple properties, learn the business from the ground up, and position yourself for future leadership roles.

This is not your typical desk job. You’ll be hands-on in all areas of property operations—housekeeping, guest services, maintenance, reservations, and more—rotating through different JET Hospitality locations as the seasons change.

As an Innkeeper in Development, you’ll wear many hats while learning every aspect of property operations. Your responsibilities may include:

• Guest Services – Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and deliver outstanding hospitality
• Reservations – Manage bookings via phone, email, and online systems
• Housekeeping & Setup – Assist with cleaning and preparing rooms, glamping tents, and tiny homes
• Grounds & Maintenance Support – Help keep common areas inviting and handle minor repairs
• Retail & Onsite Sales – Support onsite coffee shops, bottle shops, or gear stores where applicable
• Team Support – Assist property Innkeepers and adapt to seasonal operational needs

• A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn the business
• Adaptability—comfortable moving between properties throughout the year
• Hands-on work ethic—this role blends admin with physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
