• Provide support to the salaried management team
• Directly supervise approximately 40 team members (depending on location) and hold them accountable to their specific job duties and overall work performance
• Provide feedback to management team to build team member schedules
• Adhere to and enforce all company standards and policies set forth in the code of conduct and team member handbook, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Manage and follow up on various tasks vital to the overall operation of the store
• Maintain sports bar compliance with beer and liquor licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws
• Emphasize safety, sanitation, and security awareness, and ensure all team members are properly trained
• Conduct daily line and equipment checks and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant by adhering to specified standards, passing Health Department and Corporate audits with exceptional ratings, and training staff on proper sanitation guidelines
• Maintain company standards for food quality, taste, and presentation for the sports bar
• Ensure team members avoid cross contamination, improper food handling and/or storage practices, through proper training and supervision
• Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints and provide immediate communication with management team
• Adhere to company cash handling and payment processing procedures and policies
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
• Optimize store profit by effectively managing labor and cost of goods/inventory
• Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to team members
• Exercise sound judgment and professional decision making in escalated issues/concerns to prevent and/or diffuse situations that create potential risk to the company
• Increase sales through community involvement and outreach, promote discounts and fundraising opportunities, and deliver outstanding guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations and needs
• Take ownership, pride, and responsibility in the overall operation and performance of the sports bar

• Passion for people and food
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of a background check
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision role, preferably in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable source of transportation required
• Serv Safe certification recommended
• Proficient understanding of food allergens
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and A/C units, and walk-in freezers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
