We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator – US Medical Billing & Product Enablement to join our enablement team. This role will support critical training and certification programs aimed at optimizing medical billing workflows and healthcare product adoption. If you have a passion for process improvement, training coordination, and data tracking, this role provides a unique opportunity to directly influence healthcare efficiency and compliance.

Role Overview

As the Program Coordinator
, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of learning programs, certification processes, and performance tracking initiatives related to medical billing operations and healthcare product enablement. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—including billing, compliance, and product teams—and external vendors to ensure successful training delivery, consistent content management, and measurable program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

  • Track and monitor program deliverables, learner progress, and key metrics across training, certification, and enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, task assignments, and milestone tracking to support successful program execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams (billing, product, compliance) and third-party vendors.

Training Operations & Content Management

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for live virtual or on-site training sessions.
  • Support training content publishing, updates, and version control across LMS platforms and content hubs.
  • Maintain learning databases and dashboards to track certifications, completions, and user performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze training metrics, learner feedback, and certification trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and visual summaries for leadership to highlight program impact, engagement rates, and success benchmarks.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights and training outcomes.

Enablement & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the learner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Post and manage recorded sessions, job aids, and reference materials to support self-paced learning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and escalations from both internal and external participants.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or healthcare operations—preferably in a training, enablement, or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing timelines, training logistics, and learner communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and act on key training metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interfacing with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms (e.g., Talent

    LMS, Moodle), and CRM or project management tools.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with US medical billing processes, healthcare technology products, or experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Project Coordination: Skilled in managing deadlines, resources, and dependencies across complex programs.
  • Content & Training Management: Able to publish, track, and maintain high-quality training resources.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Strong ability to analyze and present metrics that inform decisions and measure success.
