We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to add to our team of professional instructors. We are currently hiring for a Performing Arts Specialist

As a high‑energy, customer‑focused instructor, youскомфорт conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will have a unique honor to enhance people’s lives every day and will work closely with individuals from all walks of life.
We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends which you will need to attend with your students.
Requirements- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Understanding of what it takes to be successful and willingness to commit to theוואך work.
- Accountability and strong interpersonal skills to work with students of all ages.
- Unselfish team player who eagerly accepts coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Positive outlook – cup is always half full.
- Exceptional physical fitness and endurance levels to perform this role successfully.
