We are looking for a hard‑working warehouse associate to help us in our warehouse. The warehouse worker is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages
• Organizing the warehouse space
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Operating stock management tools such as forklift or pallet jack
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Any other duties as assigned

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Successfully pass background checks including criminal history and drug screening
• Able to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or products

• Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs
• Repetitive hand use is required, including pushing and pulling up to 50lbs, reaching above shoulder
• Frequent bending and squatting are required
• The ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial
• Successfully passing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• A forklift driver’s certification is preferred

Base pay is $12/hour. Eligible to participate in a DC-specific incentive plan. Estimated target annual salary including incentive pay is up to $55,000.
