Store Support role at The Home Depot

Position is focused on non-sales functions to support store operations and customer experience. Responsibilities may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, often with little to some supervision, and be detail-oriented with proven time management skills.

A high level of integrity is expected while supporting key operational objectives.

• Assist customers with order status inquiries and direct them to appropriate store departments or merchandise.
• Support order fulfillment and if needed, perform related administrative tasks.
• Handle aspects of cash management and program compliance as required.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain focus on store-specific business objectives and contribute to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Positions may include Offices Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
