PRN Therapy Aide

Overview

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a clinician-founded, mission-driven community dedicated to expanding access to life-changing care. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll support patient treatments, assist licensed clinicians, and help ensure smooth clinic operations. This entry-level position is ideal for those pursuing healthcare careers, offering patient interaction, real-world experience, and a collaborative, evidence-based care environment. You’ll help maintain clinic flow and may support front desk duties.

PT Solutions invests in training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement.

• Greet patients and assist them to the treatment area as directed by the therapist or therapist assistant
• Clean treatment room and prepare it for the next patient
• Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment
• Answer and direct telephone calls

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Year-Round Employment Required – consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; we are unable to accommodate seasonal hires

• PRN (schedule varies)

• Pay Range: $13.33-$14
• Notes:
  This range considers multiple factors including background, experience, and location and allows for salary growth within the position
