• Assist the Logistics Team in daily operations, including staging, loading, and unloading delivery trucks
• Organize and maintain cold and dry storage areas within the warehouse
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep storage locations tidy and safe
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to transport products safely and efficiently
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and manage inventory control processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or packaging facility
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and leadership
• Valid California driver's license and insurability under the employer's automobile insurance policy
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to seasonal production demands

• Forklift certification
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Clean driving record
