We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our team.
Position OverviewThe Head Coach will be responsible for the overall management of the gymnastics program. This includes developing training plans, coaching during practices and meets, and promoting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive gymnastics, coaching experience, and a commitment to student-athlete development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement training programs.
- Lead daily practices and coach at meets.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
- Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.
- Organize and oversee team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all school and league policies.
- Manage all program administrative requirements.
