• Secure trailers on lifts and dollies for maintenance
• Perform tire and brake maintenance and repairs
• Rebuild and repair braking systems and trailer components
• Use proprietary electronic pre-inspection and repair checklist
• Occasionally road-test vehicles to ensure proper functioning

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Basic computer skills
• Regular attendance and punctuality

• Previous experience in vehicle or trailer repair
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
