Digital Press Operator

Full-time shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

We are seeking a reliable Digital Press Operator with experience in high-volume production printing environments. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience running Xerox iGen or SCREEN Truepress JET 520HD/production inkjet presses
, or comparable digital production equipment.

This role is critical to maintaining print quality, throughput, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and maintain digital production presses including:
  • Xerox iGen series
  • SCREEN Truepress JET / high-speed inkjet presses
• Monitor print quality and perform color adjustments/calibration
• Set up jobs using job tickets and workflow software
• Load substrates and manage consumables
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Meet daily production and quality targets
• Work closely with prepress and finishing teams

• Competitive hourly pay: $19–$26/hr DOE

• Xerox iGen 3/4/5
• SCREEN Truepress JET 520HD+
• Canon / Ricoh production presses
• High-speed inkjet printing
• Tecnau U50, R50, and TC1550HS dynamic processor, or similar equipment
• Commercial print production

• Experience operating digital production presses
• Familiarity with Xerox iGen, SCREEN Truepress, or similar production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance

• Continuous feed / roll-fed inkjet experience
• Equios, Free Flow, Fiery, or similar RIP/workflow knowledge
• Variable data printing exposure
• Commercial print, direct mail, or transactional print background
