Production Manager
At Aero Flow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. In this role you will oversee our 3rd shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Oversee shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance
- Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability
- Manage workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results
- Manage KPI’s and provide production reports to the Manufacturing Manager
- Work with team members to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Encourage a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel
- Achieve acceptable quality and OTD requirements
- Improve efficiency, productivity and minimization of scrap to achieve product cost targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- High mechanical aptitude; familiarity with precision measurement tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Proven skills with ISO/AS9100 quality standards as well as Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement disciplines preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Must pay close attention to detail and be accurate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, and Access)
- Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing
- Multi-tasking abilities a must
- Organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize workday/projects independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred but not required
- At least 3–5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred
$85,000 - $92,000 annually (based on experience)
Work ScheduleSunday - Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
