Job Overview

WESTERN PUMP Inc is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and elevate our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across construction, service, and fueling infrastructure operations.

This is not a “clipboard enforcer” role. We are looking for a field-credible safety leader who builds systems, develops culture, protects profitability, and understands that petroleum construction carries serious environmental, fire, excavation, and confined space risks.

The Safety Manager will oversee multi-site safety performance, regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with Operations, Project Management, and Executive Leadership.

Who We Are

WESTERN PUMP Inc is an industry leader in petroleum, automotive, and transportation infrastructure. We operate in highly regulated environments delivering fueling system installations, mechanical infrastructure upgrades, and mission-critical service work for commercial, industrial, and government clients.

Safety is non-negotiable in our business. Our work involves excavation, confined spaces, flammable materials, pressurized systems, and regulatory oversight. We expect high standards — and we support the people who uphold them.

At WESTERN PUMP, safety is not paperwork. It is culture, leadership, and accountability.
