O’Brien’s Boulangerie in Poway is currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Cake Department
. We are looking for someone who is energetic, fast, detail‑oriented, friendly, and dependable. If you have a passion for pastries and decorating cakes, we encourage you to apply.
Minimum 2 years of cake decorating experience
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Highly efficient and able to work quickly without compromising accuracy or quality
Able to work as part of a team and take direction or constructive feedback well
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable transportation
Punctual and reliable
Additional RequirementsAbility to stand for long hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work
