A leading aerospace company is seeking a System Development and Test Engineer Integrated Product Team Lead in Poway, California. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead test engineering for innovative unmanned systems. The ideal candidate will have significant engineering experience, preferably in testing aircraft platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and the ability to obtain US DoD clearance are required.

The salary range is between $98,100 and $171,398.
