Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join their client's team in San Diego, CA. This role is essential for supporting daily operations and the Controller through a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and handling basic phone etiquette
  • Office organization and filing
  • Managing office supplies
  • Managing day-to-day office needs
  • Working part-time with potential to assist other office staff as needed, potentially leading to full-time opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Prior experience working in Microsoft Office:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, Quick Books (QB)
Work Hours

Monday through Friday
