Functions as the Lead Technician and Support Coordinator, for the tech support of all end user
devices and client facing systems.

1. High school diploma required.
2. Minimum of an Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, or closely related
field. Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3. Minimum ten years' experience providing tech support, preferably in an educational
environment, and five years in a leadership role.
4. Experience working in academic/educational environment.
5. Industry-standard IT certifications
Anticipated start date: 2/1/26
8.0 hrs/day x 260 days/year
Schedule:
7:30am to 4:00pm
