Brief Description
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the position of Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Poulsbo, WA. The DCM manages and supervises in-center dialysis patient care, ensures quality nursing care for each patient, and oversees staffing assignments and resource management to meet the unit’s objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise in-center dialysis patient care.
- Ensure delivery of quality nursing care to all patients.
- Develop and oversee staffing assignments.
- Utilize resources and authority to meet unit objectives.
- Respond to emergency situations outside regular business hours.
- Travel to other PSKC clinic locations for training or shift coverage.
- Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or ability to obtain one.
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in clinical nursing.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis.
- Prior charge nurse experience required.

Work Hours and LocationThis is a regular full-time position primarily located at PSKC's clinic in Poulsbo. The work schedule is typically Monday–Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours and to travel for training or shift coverage is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $83,395.55 - $ annually. Wage offers are determined based on experience.
