• Supervise and coordinate in‑center dialysis patient care.
• Ensure delivery of quality nursing care to every patient.
• Manage staffing assignments and allocate resources to meet unit objectives.
• Communicate and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high quality standards.

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or ability to obtain one.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis experience.
• Prior charge nurse experience.

This regular full‑time position is based primarily at PSKC’s clinic in Poulsbo. Work schedule is Monday‑Friday during regular business hours, with response to emergencies outside those hours. Occasional travel to other PSKC clinic locations for training or shift coverage may be required.
