Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the position of Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Poulsbo, WA. The DCM is responsible for the management and supervision of in-center dialysis patient care and ensures quality nursing care is delivered to each patient. The DCM is also responsible for staffing assignments and is provided with the resources and authority to meet the unit’s objectives and is responsible for the proper management of these resources.
Qualificationsand Experience
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or able to obtain one.
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in clinical nursing.
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis.
- Prior charge nurse experience required.
This position is regular full-time and is primarily located at PSKC’s clinic in Poulsbo. Work schedule is typically Monday‑Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergency situations occurring outside of regular business hours is required. Ability to travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations to participate in training activities or cover shift schedules is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range for this position is $83,395.55 - $ annually. Employees scheduled for 30 or more hours per week receive the following benefits: paid vacation accrual up to 2 weeks in the first year, paid sick leave, eight paid holidays, choice of three employer‑subsidized medical plans, employer‑paid life and long‑term disability benefits, 403(b) retirement account with employer match, eligibility for discretionary awards, and education assistance.
