An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a leave position at an elementary school in Poulsbo, WA. This contract role offers flexibility, with the choice to work either one day or four days per week, providing essential speech therapy services to preschool through elementary-aged students.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of 9 students (1 day/week) or approximately 36 students (4 days/week).
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans in accordance with students unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district policies.
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) authorization.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and support young students effectively.
Position based at an elementary school in Poulsbo, WA. Work conducted in person.
