We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who doesn’t just close the books but understands them. Someone who sees a number that feels off and leans in. Someone who believes accuracy matters because it reflects who we are.

This role blends strong general ledger ownership with investigative depth. You’ll ensure our financials reflect operational reality and when they don’t, you’ll help us understand why and fix it at the root.

Being onsite matters. The best financial insight doesn’t always come from a spreadsheet. It comes from understanding how the work moves through the building. If we expect the numbers to reflect reality, this role needs to be close to where the work happens.

Own the Integrity of the General Ledger

• Manage complex GL accounts and reconciliations
• Review and prepare journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with GAAP

• Analyze variances and anomalies across financial and operational data by asking questions and partnering with other departments
• Trace discrepancies to root cause
• Validate that reported results reflect operational truth

• Identify control gaps or process breakdowns
• Recommend and implement improvements that prevent repeat issues
• Improve documentation and reconciliation standards
• Elevate financial discipline across the organization

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to connect activity to outcomes
• Translate financial findings into clear, practical insights
• Support external audit and tax partners as needed

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and reconciliation expertise
• Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• ERP system proficiency

• Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments
