Locum Tenens Opportunity:
Family Practice Physician Near Poulsbo, WA We are currently seeking a highly qualified Family Practice Physician for an exciting locum tenens opportunity near Poulsbo, WA. This position is available ASAP and will be ongoing, with an initial contract length of three months and the potential for extension. Outpatient ambulatory setting at a Community Health Center Support Staff:
Dedicated medical assistant for each provider Receptionist and other support personnel Mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatricians available at most clinics Local health care administrator for timesheet submissions Patient Population:
Newborns to geriatrics Provider should be comfortable working with all age groups Experience working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, is highly desirable (interpretative services available on-site) Spanish-speaking ability is required for this role Responsibilities:
Patient Load:
Scheduled to see up to 21 patients per day Must be comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment Department

Description:

Focus on family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, and chronic disease management Basic procedures such as injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care

Skills Required:

Must be able to hit the ground running 1-week ramp-up with onsite orientation, with the expectation to begin patient care by day 3 EMR System: EPIC (experience required) Travel and Accommodation:

Board Certification:
Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) License:
Active Washington state license required (non-licensed candidates will not be considered) DEA:

Certifications:

Any additional certifications required (e.g., BLS, ACLS) will be discussed during credentialing; provider will be responsible for obtaining these if needed

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience required Clean background with no history of malpractice Must have experience using EPIC Credentialing Timeframe:
