- Monitor on-site material usage and inventory needs to minimize downtime and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot and resolve field challenges such as crew absences, unexpected conditions, or delays
- Train crew members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and site protocols to build a skilled and dependable team
- If assigned, support hiring efforts by participating in interviews, providing performance feedback, and assisting with employee coaching
- Keep detailed records of work completed, material usage, and crew activities to support compliance and operational efficiency
- At least two to five years of foreman experience in fence installation or related construction trades
- Proficiency in reading site plans, evaluating job scope, and applying problem-solving skills in the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills to ensure professionalism and high-quality service on every job site
- Valid driver's license and physical ability to navigate job sites and operate necessary equipment
- Ability to demonstrate, encourage, and lead by example in alignment with Adams' culture and values

- Exhibit enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge about Adams' services and standards of quality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to manage varying business demands
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Consistently move, adjust, and position items weighing up to 80 pounds
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods combined with frequent movement on project sites
- Occasionally ascend/descend a stepstool, stepladder, and/or ladder
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers for duration of shift

At Adams, we believe in recognizing and rewarding excellent work with competitive compensation and meaningful benefits. In addition to quality compensation, at Adams you can expect generous medical, dental and vision coverage (for applicable roles), voluntary benefits like pet insurance, paid time off and holiday pay, flexible pay schedules with Daily Pay, and best of all, our generous Employee Discount.
The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions - including skill sets, experience, training, certifications and other business needs.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. At Adams, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. We're committed to providing a supportive and rewarding environment that helps our team members thrive-both professionally and personally.
