We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our on-site location in Poughkeepsie, NY. In this role, you will assist customers by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and providing personalized jewelry recommendations. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and developing long-term relationships with customers. You will also ensure product displays are inviting and represent the brand's standards, while maintaining knowledge of the company’s merchandise and promotions to effectively meet sales goals.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide a positive shopping experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Knowledge of merchandising and product presentation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meet sales targets, and multitask
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in jewelry sales or retail is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial
