• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customerಿಸಿದೆ‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability ಹೆಸರು stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs… up to 25 times per hour.
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable in the job location.
