• Activate selling on the sales floor: drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers, proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively, provide customers with the perfect bra fit, converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• When assigned to the cash wrap: deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items, recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
• When assigned to processing and replenishment: process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room and under‑stock to brand standards, replenish merchandise to ensure product is placed on the sales floor, assist with other projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets and mark out‑of‑stock.
• When assigned to floorset activity: execute floorsets proficiently, understand and adhere to brand standards, assist in maintaining back‑room and under‑stock.
• All associate roles: drive top‑line store sales results, maintain focus on bras as the premier product, prepare for each shift, recover and replenish merchandise, uphold visual merchandising standards, assist in housekeeping/reporting, build awareness in loss prevention, support store strategy to reduce shrink, provide a safe working environment, demonstrate company values, build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
