Travel Nurse Supervisor (House Supervisor / Administrative House Manager) – Poughkeepsie, NY
Start: 3/1 | 12 Weeks | Nights | No On-Call

Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Supervisor for a 12-week assignment in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Assignment Details:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 34.5 guaranteed hours per week

• Variable days Monday–Friday, including weekends and holidays

• No on-call

Role Overview:
Assumes accountability for hospital operations including patient throughput, clinical practice, environment of care, and safety. Partners with hospital leadership to ensure continuity of care across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational support across departments

• Respond to emergency calls, codes, and hospital alerts

• Escalate issues per chain of command

• Address patient concerns through real-time service recovery

• Facilitate patient throughput across levels of care

• Plan staffing and resources based on acuity and activity

• Support quality, safety, and risk management initiatives

• Communicate operational and clinical concerns across leadership levels

• Coordinate interfacility transfers through the Transfer Center

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN license

• 3–5+ years clinical nursing experience required

• ICU and ED experience required

• 1–2 years of management experience

• BLS and ACLS required
