SUMMARY:
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care guided by the ANA scope of practice and collaborates with patients, family, peers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess patient needs, plan care, implement, and evaluate medical and nursing regimens in accordance with hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures, and standards. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to professional accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN Preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience.
