• We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide
  per diem
  coverage in our outpatient offices in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties
• Schedule: 2-3 days per month - can work full days or half. Opportunity to work more days if available.

Education:

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006 must be board certified.
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB

Licensure/Certification:

• Current, unrestricted license in the state of New York
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required

The expected base salary range for this position located in Poughkeepsie, NYis $80/hour. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
