• 1:1 Nursing in patient's home
• 13yr old with Autism, Behavioral precautions, Gastrostomy, Oxygen, Seizure activity
• Supportive family member available 24/7 to assists with behavioral issues
• Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available)
• Patient-specific training provided
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)

• Monday: (8:00AM - 3:15PM) & (3:15PM - 8:00PM)
• Tuesday & Friday: (3:15PM - 11:00PM)
• Wednesday & Thursday: (3:15PM - 8:00PM)

• Experience working in pediatrics not necessary
• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Must be computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
• Must have malpractice insurance

• $44/hr
