Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services
The Senior Manager of Adult Residential Services has the responsibility of oversight of the IRAs on their caseload. The Senior Manager has direct supervision of the Assistant Residence Managers.
Quality of Life Expectation for All StaffTo actively further the agency’s mission to optimize quality of life (QofL) for individuals served by monitoring and implementing systems that promote the QofL of the individuals in our care.
Pay Range$64,570.00 - $68,570.00 Annually;
Based on years of experience. This position travels to multiple locations within the agency.
- The Senior Manager monitors all areas of service in the assigned IRA.
- With the support of the Senior Manager, the Assistant Residence Manager facilitates the coordination of services as the team leader.
- The Senior Manager supervises and directly monitors the performance of the Assistant Residence Managers.
- The Senior Manager ensures proper and efficient record keeping and documentation.
- The Senior Manager supervises and ensures consistent application and integrity of the Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework across their IRA caseload.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Must maintain qualifications in First Aid, CPR, SCIP‑R, PRAISE, Bloodborne Pathogens, Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Emergency Procedures, HIPAA/HITECH, FERPA, Prevention of Choking and Aspiration, and Fire Safety.
- Must maintain qualifications in the crisis intervention procedure of the agency.
- Must be capable at all times of initiating or assisting in all components of the crisis intervention procedure of the agency.
